Family content stays private to you. We collect only the information needed to take an adult’s order, provide support and deliver the ago:again experience.
Information we collect
Checkout collects the adult purchaser’s contact, billing and order details. If the purchase is a gift, it also collects the adult recipient’s name and email and an optional gift note. No child information is collected at checkout, and children do not create accounts.
When the experience opens, the adult provides only the details needed to personalize the edition. We do not request child photographs. An optional grown-up childhood photograph remains on the adult’s device and is placed into printable output in the browser.
How information is used
We use information to process and fulfill orders, send required product communications, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Personal information and family content are not sold. Family stories, memories and photographs are not used to train models.
Service providers
Limited information is processed by the services needed to operate the preorder and deliver it, including WordPress and WooCommerce, Stripe, Hostinger, transactional email providers and Meta for advertising measurement. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and launch analytics
WooCommerce and Stripe use cookies or similar technology required for the cart, checkout, fraud prevention and payment. We use privacy-minimal first-party launch analytics to record page visits, sales-button clicks, checkout starts, purchases, revenue, campaign tags and privacy-safe share actions. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits, checkout activity and successful purchases from our advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information under its own privacy terms. We do not send Meta family stories, photographs, form messages, names, email addresses, gift details or private edition links.
Retention and choices
Order and transaction records are retained as needed to provide the product, handle refunds, maintain accounting records and meet legal obligations. Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain an appropriate support record. Browser settings and controls provided by advertising platforms may be used to limit advertising cookies. To ask about, correct or delete personal information where applicable, use the Contact page.
