A full refund, with no reason required, is available if requested within 14 calendar days after Chapter 1 is delivered.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact page and include the adult purchaser’s name, order email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through WooCommerce and Stripe.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the $29 ago:again Founding Edition preorder. Chapter 1 is available for Grandparents Day, with Founding Family early access targeted for September 12, 2026. Chapters 2–8 are included and follow according to the published Founding Edition schedule.
